This series BS system can easily and safely receive bags, sacks, boxes of different formats, thus helping the operator. It also enables the product to be sifted to the desired size and has a compact design, easy to dismantle and clean. It can be easily fitted to different powder capturing systems.

1. Personalisation
The equipment’s production process allows us to personalise the model according to the client’s needs. There is also the option to supply a cabin with a filter and a fan for the extraction of the dust protecting the operator from a dusty environment and maintain the safety of the environment.
2. Easy to clean and maintain
POWDER DS has a modular and flexible design. Enabling the option of adding a cabin for capturing and extracting dust, orienting the position of the loading opening according to implementation needs in the plant. The equipment is made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, according to specifications.
3. We offer different extraction solutions
Regarding engineering, we offer conveyor solutions (pneumatic conveying, drag chain conveyor and screw conveyor) to move the product to the corresponding consumption point, facilitating the integration of process equipment.
4. Product quality
The POWDER DOSING SYSTEMS bag dumping equipment has a grille to facilitate the dumping of the product and thus avoid undesired spillage. It also has a vibrating cone to facilitate the dumping of the product onto the conveyor system.
5. ATEX certificate
If the equipment is to operate in areas classified as having a potentially explosive atmosphere, POWDER DS will prepare the system with adequate components and will provide the corresponding ATEX documentation and certification.
